Payment terms: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Please include the cardholder name, billing address, expiration date and security code. We also accept PayPal. Wire Funds Transfer information will be furnished upon request.

Prices: All prices are subject to change without prior notice and are F.O.B. Anaheim, CA. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors.

Sales tax: Sales tax will be charged to all transactions in the state of California with the exception of resale establishments with a current resale card on file.

Shipping: 928 International uses UPS, Fed Ex and US mail. All shipments over 125 lbs. or dimensionally oversized will be shipped by deferred air freight or truck. Most orders are shipped same day. In the event an item is backordered, you will be given the option of split shipments.

Warranty: All new, rebuilt, and used parts carry a one year limited warranty. All warranties cover only the part and do not cover any installation charges or damage to other parts. By installing these parts, you have accepted this warranty. Failure of a part due to misuse or improper installation is not covered under this warranty.

Cores: All cores must be in their original packaging and must be in rebuildable condition. Broken shafts, housings, and incomplete or dismantled cores may not be suitable for a full refund.

Returns or Exchanges

If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, first call 928 International to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Next, carefully package your return and include a copy of the original invoice. Please print the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package as well as on the invoice copy. Insure for full value. All items must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition. Books, tools, electrical items, and mounted wheels are not returnable. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking charge. No returns after 30 days.

International Orders

All international orders must be pre-paid in U.S. funds via wire transfer to our bank. We also accept Paypal to a confirmed Paypal address. All international orders are shipped via air freight or parcel post. In order to calculate the shipping costs, we need to pack the order to determine size, weight and number of boxes. All international orders are final sales and non-returnable and non-refundable

Core Return Guidelines: To help speed up the return process of your core, please note the following guidelines:

1. All cores must be returned completely assembled with no missing parts.

2. All cores are subject to inspection before credit can be issued.

3. Returned cores must be of the same type as the rebuilt unit purchased.

Note: Water pump cores are not rebuildable if the impeller has touched the housing. If your impeller has made contact with the housing, your core charge will not be refunded. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department.
